All Balstil products are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market. Balstil devices come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during proper use of the device. To qualify for warranty claims, the product must be installed and used in accordance with the user manual and its intended purpose.

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the ordered goods. To exercise the right of return, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date Balstil receives the returned goods, using the same payment method as used for the original purchase, unless the consumer agrees to an alternative method. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer unless the seller has explicitly agreed to cover these costs.
