We design appliances that support different usage scenarios—from classic wood-burning fireplaces, through gas fireplaces, to electric fireplaces and biofuel fireplaces.

Precision craftsmanship is the result of advanced production technology. Bålstil uses a modern and continuously evolving machinery park, including TruLaser 5030 fiber laser cutting machines (3–5 kW), CNC press brakes, and robotic welding stations.

This allows us to achieve high repeatability, perfect component fit, and flawless finishing—crucial both for durability and the visual quality of every detail.

Laboratory and Technological Testing

We have a modern research facility where we conduct both preliminary and advanced testing of heating appliances in accordance with applicable standards. Under controlled conditions, we analyze, among other factors, thermal efficiency, appliance output, flue gas temperature, and emissions of compounds generated during combustion.

This enables us to precisely optimize energy performance and support solutions that improve thermal comfort and conscious energy management in the fireplace.
