Warranty and returns
Warranty
All Balstil products are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market. Balstil devices come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during proper use of the device. To qualify for warranty claims, the product must be installed and used in accordance with the user manual and its intended purpose.
Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the ordered goods. To exercise the right of return, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date Balstil receives the returned goods, using the same payment method as used for the original purchase, unless the consumer agrees to an alternative method. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer unless the seller has explicitly agreed to cover these costs.
The Akna steel version is a modern freestanding stove that combines minimalist form with timeless elegance. Its rectangular casing, available in both stone and sintered finishes, highlighted by decorative ceramic with a black frame, gives interiors a distinctive character.
The device is available with a white or black firebox lining, which not only accumulates heat but also increases combustion temperature, ensuring high energy efficiency.
Thanks to adjustable legs, flexible flue connection (top or rear), and a “push to open” mechanism in the service doors, installation is quick and convenient.
